I'm not worried. Really, this wiki is in far more desparate need of contributors than admins. There's been no hint of vandalism. (There was an anonymous comment that just said "lol", but I decided to leave it alone.)
Fortunately, we're getting there. So much of the underlying structure stuff is finally done, so I've been able to turn my attention to writing. And that seems to be drawing people fairly nicely. I think the physics page will help the most.
Would you mind setting the admin and bot flags on my account BotTanner? I intend to use it to do minor behind-the-scenes updates (like keeping all the data pages up to date with the preload) so they don't artificially raise my edit counts and badges.
Hey. While you're online, you mind taking a look at Template:Data Preload to make sure I'm not forgetting anything? It's easier to add variables to the preload now than go back and insert it after I've created all the pages. :-p
Let me know what you think of the new look. I'm not 100% sure I'm happy with the colors and would love another opinion. I still think I might try to grab color-codes from an in-game screenshot and see if I can use those.
I've gotten started creating pages for things and making templates for data and display. I think if those templates are in place BEFORE people start editing this regularly, it'll be a much smother road down the line. So that's my top priority.
Of course, if there's anything you disapprove of or would like to change, please feel free. :)
I love the graphical changes you've done. Looks so much better!
In other news, Wikia turned on the variables extension for me, so I was able to make a bunch of progress on the templates. Over this weekend, I'm going to expand the number of data fields and start filling in data. It should dramatically increase the amount of information here. Plus, it'll be a lot easier to include information as it becomes available.
Sweet. I'll do what I can. I'll probably start with templates, to make it easier to make pages for parts, etc. It's really easy, so long as uploaded files have a standard to them. We do it on the LoL wiki for items, abilities, champs, etc.
Plus, we seriously need to do something about the color scheme here. It's just so... standard. Maybe we should try matching the colors to the game interface?
