Platinum Ore is a naturally occurring ore. It can be processed in a Refinery to produce Platinum Ingots at a 0.48% ratio, which is to say, 200 kg of ore will yield 0.9 kg of Platinum ingots. This ore can be found on planets albeit it is rare, however it is more easily found on the moon and asteroids. It is the most rare resource in the Space Engineers as of 10/10/2016 and is used to make Thruster Components and 200mm Missile Containers. Keep in mind that the Platinum Ore is one of the hardest if not hardest Ore to smelt in a Refinery in Space Engineers (As of 10/11/2016).
